My bulbs are not connecting to the 2.4GHz wifi. I tried resetting it multiple times.

Please follow these steps to update the firmware:
1. Reset the bulb to the blue breathing light state.
2. Pair with the app via Bluetooth only; you may turn off Wi-Fi or skip the Wi-Fi setup step.
3. After successful pairing, go to the ‘Me’ interface and tap Firmware Upgrade.
4. Once the firmware upgrade is complete, tap the device, select the settings icon in the upper right corner, then choose Wi-Fi Info to complete the Wi-Fi connection.
