I’m still unable to make lights turn on daily except to white. I can change but it’s frustrating. I save and each day must do again. It seems options are to leave on all day or turn on each night myself. Is there a number to call for customer service? You guys have made suggestions on the past but it didn’t work. I was going to buy more lights but not if I cannot program how I want. Please let me know.

Thank you for your inquiry. 

Please note that the "Wake Up" and "Wind Down" functions have preset colors that cannot be changed.

If you would like to schedule the light to turn on with the last used pattern, please follow these steps to create a schedule:
1. On the Home interface, click on “Rule,” then tap the “+” icon in the top right corner.
2. Click “Schedule”.
3. Enter a name for the schedule.
4. Choose the start time.
5. Set the desired repeat options.
6. Click “+” to select a device.
7. Select an action. If you select “turn on”, it will turn on with the last used lighting effect/pattern.
8. Click “Save”, the schedule is saved now. Please do not change to other colors or patterns before the scheduled time, otherwise it will turn on with the last used pattern.
