When I go to my strip lights in the app I can’t click the buttons on the bottom to customize the LEDs. They seem to be greyed out. Can’t anyone advise what to do? It only wants me to voice prompt.

1. Please ensure your phone's memory is running smoothly and that you accurately tapped the lightbulb icon. The bottom icons will only light up when entering the corresponding interface.
2. Please completely exit the app from the background before reopening it to try again.
