Today I used my Alexa to change the colour of the lights but when I tried to use the app to change the colour of one of my saved colours it was saying it was offline and no matter what I did it wouldn't come on. So I decided to delete my lights and reconnect them to see if that would work now I'm just left with it loading for about 2 minutes before saying it failed to connect, what do I do
I've had my S1 light for a few years now
Dear User,
Thank you for reaching out.
Please kindly follow these steps to try again:
1. Turn on Bluetooth on your cellphone.
2. Connect your phone to a 2.4G WiFi network.
3. Turn on the light; it will start flashing a slow blue light, indicating it’s in pairing mode. If it doesn't flash blue, long-press the power button for about 5 seconds.
4. Open the Lepro App and click "Add Device."
5. If it shows "1 Device Detected" at the top, click "Check."
6. Enter your WiFi name and password. Please ensure the WiFi name and password are correct.
7. Click "Next." The light will pair successfully within seconds.
If it still fails to pair, please let us know the new error message so we may assist you further.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Best regards,

When I click check it loads for about 2 minutes then said it failed and asks to retry but it never actually does it after retrying
Dear User,
Thank you for your response.
Please try rebooting your Wi-Fi router, then place the S1 light closer to the router and try pairing it again with the Lepro app. Once connected, tap Me > Firmware Update in the app to ensure your light is updated to the latest version.
If it still fails to pair, please contact our after-sales team directly at cs@lepro.com with:
