How come i cant seem to use any of the posted effects that people have created in the share and show section?? For E1 AI.

Thanks for your inquiry.
Please try the troubleshootings below:
1. If the light is still connected with app when applied EID.
2. There are two ways to apply EID, 'Share&Show' in Community and at the top of the Homepage by copying and pasting EID. Please try both ways.
3. If above ways won't help, please reset the light and re-apply EID.
