Help!!! Checked every strand of lights prior to hanging. Just spent 5 hours hanging , plugged into outlet, they flashed then all came on, worked until I tried to change pattern/colour them all went out.
Seems maybe a Bluetooth issue with staying connected and outlet and lights are only outside my door well within wifi range … now when I do get on the App the lights go on , they are white and only a few streams light up then at end of strong light goes green or red , I have tried shutting on and off, and unplugging. I have now removed the string light from the app, removed app and reinstalled . Can someone tell me what to do now to reinstall the string lights and reboot things so these lights will work!!! I feel like Clark from Christmas Vacation
