Hi there, I have recently purchased the S2-10 strip lights, but when trying to set these up, I discovered that the DIY section of the app is not working for me. Whenever I try to use this section, the app displays an error message and completely freezes, requiring me to reset the app. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, as well as resetting the device multiple times, but nothing has fixed the issue. I would appreciate any help you can give me in resolving this.
