I purchased 150ft of these E1 AI outdoor lights. They were delivered Nov 11th and put on the house a few days later. They worked great for about a week. Last night I noticed 2 strands reverted to the white lights instead of the Christmas theme that was selected. I turned the lights off and back on using the app. Now both strands won’t even come on.
Any ideas?? This is very disappointing considering the amount of money I spent on these lights.
