Hello,
I purchased the 150 E1 lights. I checked every single strand to make sure it worked before I hung them up. Now, I have
one strand that won’t cooperate with the rest of the colors.
I have already reset the connection multiple times, deleted the device and re-added (even creating new Lepro accounts), have already tried updating the length, and still it won’t work.
I also have problems with the AI function only working for 10 seconds and then it glitches.
What else can I do to fix the issue?

Did you ever find a solution? My lights started doing this? Now the couple of strands won’t even turn on at al. My lights are only a couple weeks old.
I did! I actually reached out to the customer service person who responded to my thread and they sent me new strands for free as a replacement. It ended up being a faulty set. Now my stuff works perfectly fine!
