E1 lights

 I purchased the E1 lights. I checked every single strand to make sure it worked before I hung them up. Now, I have 2 strand that won’t work. Confirmed power as sometimes it will flash colors when I turn on. I have no idea what to do

Thanks for reaching out to us. Please kindly try the troubleshootings below.
  • Please unplug and reconnect the strands that aren’t working to ensure a secure connection.

  • Then go to the DIY page on the app and click 'refresh the length'.
  • If the problem persists, please let us know specifically which string of lights stopped working—did the first light or a light in the middle of the string stop working?
  • Please also refer to the troubleshootings guide below.
