Lights are constantly flickering. Appear to only stop with the app is open and being actively used

Thanks for reaching out.
Please ensure the light is not installed in a dimming circuit or a dimmable fixture.
Next, please update the firmware for this product in the Lepro app by tapping "Me" and then selecting "Firmware Update".
Finally, please select a static color in the Lepro app (rather than a dynamic or music mode) and check if the light still flickers when the app is not in use.
If the issue is not resolved, please email our after-sales service team at cs@lepro.com with the following information:
- Your Order number.
- The quantity of lights that are not working.
