When I grouped two of my bulbs in the kitchen and named the group “Kitchen Lights”, Alexa doesn’t turn them on or off if I say “Alexa turn on kitchen lights.” But she will turn on the light bulbs individually if I tell her to turn them on by their individual name.

Currently, our app and Alexa interact via device IDs, and it is not supported to control using app's groups.
Alexa has its own group feature. We suggest using the grouping functionality provided by Alexa.
