How do you properly set a time on and off for your lights at a certain time? I did the wake up and wind down but it’s not working right. I’m not understanding why the time also goes all the way up to 20 in the settings when it should only be going up to 12? How does it know am or pm because it doesn’t say am or pm by the numbers

Dear User,
Thank you for your inquiry. We apologize for the confusion it may cause.
The time is under the 24-hour clock system, so 20:00 means 8:00pm.
Please note that the "Wake Up" and "Wind Down" functions have preset colors that cannot be changed. If you want to schedule the light to turn on with a specific light pattern, please follow these steps:
1. Select and apply the pattern you want.
2. On the Home interface, click on "Rules", then tap the "+" icon in the top right corner.
3. Click "Schedule".
4. Enter a name for the schedule.
5. Choose the start time.
6. Set the desired repeat options.
7. Click "+" to select the light.
8. Select "turn on". This means the device will turn on with the last used pattern.
9. Click "Save", the schedule is saved now.
10. Please do not change to other colors or patterns before the scheduled time, otherwise it will turn on with the last used pattern.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.
Best regards,

Hi,
Is it not possible to get the light to do one pattern between times and then change to another automatically?
For example:
Turn on at 5pm - bright colour flashing
At 10pm change to dimmer warm white
Change to brighter white light at 6am
Turn off at 7am
Or do all of the changes need to be done manually?
Thanks in advance
Dear User,
Thanks for your inquiry.
Currently, the patterns need to be changed manually.
We are actively working on improving the scheduling function, and it may take some time to complete. Updates for the Lepro app will be pushed out as soon as they are available.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.
