How do I share control with my partner

I’ve tried to put in their email and username and nothing is working

My tips:

1) Use the user name
2) make sure that the device is online
3) after receiving and accepting the invitation, your partner should refresh the page
4) close your app, so your partner can use it.

Please follow these steps to share device with another account:
1. Click "Me", then click "Share".
2. Click "+".
3. Enter the Lepro account that you want to share with.
4. Select the device you want to share, then click "Share".
The "Shared" tab displays the devices you have already shared with this account, while the "Unshare" tab shows the devices that have not been shared.

After you share the device with another account, an invitation notification will be sent to the invitee's inbox. The invitee needs to open the inbox in the top right corner of "Me" page and click "Accept" for the device to appear on their app interface.

Before sharing, please ensure the account you would like to share with has logged into Lepro app.

Hi, where can I find the Lepro username? 

I’ve tried the username and email address but I keep getting the error that the account does not exist.

Thank you for reaching out.

Please make sure the invitee has logged in to the Lepro app.
Please ensure that both your account and the invitee's account are registered with an email address, rather than logged in through Facebook or Google. Currently, only users who register with email can share with each other; the sharing feature is not currently available for those using third-party logins.
