How to pair Lepro E27 bulb with new Lepro App?

I recently bought two B1 bulbs and I already had one E27 bulb, but the new app won’t let me add it. Anyone have any suggestions?

To assist you further, could you please provide the model number of your E27 bulb? Please note that our legacy smart bulbs (LampUX smart bulbs) are compatible only with the LampUX app or the Smart Life app and do not work with the Lepro app.

Hi. I also recently bought a pair of B1 bulbs from Amazon. One works great with no connection issues and the other won’t even turn on. Help, please?
