Issue with Contest Reward - Amazon Gift Card Refused (Canada)

I am a regular participant and recently won a [Weekly/Monthly] contest. According to the official contest policy, winners can choose between a Lepro discount code or an Amazon Gift Card.

However, after contacting support, I was told that Amazon cards are only for people in 'inactive zones' and that because I am in Canada, I can only receive a shop code.
This rule is NOT mentioned anywhere in the official terms and conditions. A shop code is a discount that forces a purchase, whereas the Amazon Gift Card was the promised prize. As a winner from the Canada region, I am requesting that the original terms be honored and that I receive my Amazon Gift Card as stated.
Could an administrator please look into this and resolve the situation?
Thank you !!

As discussed in our direct messages, our reward policy is designed to let active users experience their favorite Lepro products for free or at a discount, rather than offering cash incentives. Since we don’t operate official websites in some countries, we provide Amazon Gift Cards to users in those regions accordingly.

Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for your reply, but this is unacceptable. Your public contest rules do not state the Amazon Gift cards are a fallback option for specific regions only. They are listed as a reward option.

I will be sharing this information to Trustpilot and consumer review platforms so other users in North America that rewards here ares just coupons in disguise.

Thank you for your understanding.
