Issues with lights

Hi neighbors, 
Having issues with lights. They’re solid white . Can any one advise what to do ?

Please access the 'DIY' interface or the 'AI Prompt' interface the change lighting effects.
If they still fails to work, please reset the lights and re-pair them.
You may also check for available firmware updates in the “Me” interface to upgrade your device.
