I have 11 of these bulbs in the house at the moment and this is only 1 bulb thats doing this… its like it has a nightlight mode that i cant turn off? Anyone know how to deactivate it or anything.
The light as pictured is ‘off’ in the app. Been bugging me for days now!

Please try the troubleshootings below.
1. Disconnect this bulb with the app and re-connect it.
2. Check if any schedules set for this bulb, kindly check if the ‘wake up’ or ‘wind down’ options are on for this device which you can check on its setting.
3. Disconnect with the Alexa or Google home first if ever connected to it.
