My 2 string when connect the back to back they get detected, but when i use the extension cable that came with the pack, the second string wont get detected.
I tired power connect disconnect.
I tired length detection and length refresh on the app.
I get the message detection successful. But there is no sign of life on the second steing light.

Based on your description, it seems that this extension cable may be defective. Since the E1-60 light includes a 5ft and a 10ft extension cable, we recommend trying the other cable or considering not using any extension cables.
