When I set my audio input device to the microphone on the controller, it picks up a lot of the random background noise and doesn’t seem to be able to differentiate between that and any music/ audio I play. I’ve also tried lowering the sensitivity but this doesn’t seem to do anything. Switching the input device to my phone, there is a noticeable amount of delay between the sound and the lighting up effects. Therefore the music sync seems to be quite off and I need some help fixing this.

Regarding the background noise, please update the firmware to the latest, which will help reducing the background noise. Please click "Me" --> "Firmware Update" to update the firmware for this N1 light.
Regarding the music sync mode, please check the following:
1. The distance between the phone and the lighting device is as close as possible.
2. Try to minimize the use of other high-interference wireless devices (such as other devices that may use the 2.4GHz band) during operation.
3. Ensure that both the device system and the app are updated to the latest version for optimal performance.
