Pairing problem

My light are flashing white not blue on inital setup and wont connect.

Thanks for reaching out. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.  

If the light is flashing white, you are likely using an older model of our smart product. In this case, please note that they should be paired with the Smart Life app.
Here are the steps for your reference:
1) Turn on the light.
2) Wait 10 seconds.
3) Turn off and on for three times with 2 seconds between each step (off, on, off, on, off, on) until it blinks rapidly.
4) Go to Smart Life app.
5) Go to "Add device".
6) Tap on the product you're trying to connect.
7) "Confirm light blinks rapidly"
8)  Input your WiFi password.
9) Wait until the device added successfully, change the name of the device
10) The device is connected to the app
