I am trying to share the account with my roommate via the email he signed up with but it’s saying there is no account with that email. Even though he signed up. Can somebody help me?

Thank you for your inquiry.
Please follow these steps to share device with another account:
1. Click "Me", then click "Share".
2. Click "+".
3. Enter the Lepro account that you want to share with.
4. Select the device you want to share, then click "Share".
The "Shared" tab displays the devices you have already shared with this account, while the "Unshare" tab shows the devices that have not been shared.
After you share the device with another account, an invitation notification will be sent to the invitee's inbox. The invitee needs to open the inbox in the top right corner of "Me" page and click "Accept" for the device to appear on their app interface.
Note:
- Before sharing, please ensure the account you would like to share with has logged into the Lepro app.
- Currently, users who register with email can only share with each other; the sharing feature is not available for users who log in through third-party services. - Users registered with email from different regions cannot share with each other due to data isolation.
