Socket wouldn't update, can't get options to load

Cannot get firmware to update and it won't even tell me the firmware won't update. Cannot access options via the home screen. I can manually turn the light on and off but it won't folliw any of the "rules" I have set.

Literally all I get is a cream screen when I try to access the options.
