After about 3 months of outdoor use, my string lights stopped working and will not turn on from the manual button at the power source, so obviously won’t connect to Bluetooth or WiFi. The lights are still showing up on my app, just as disconnected. There is a firmware update ready to go, but again, cannot do that since they won’t turn on at all. Please help!

Please try the following methods:
1. Plug the power adapter into a different socket to ensure that the socket is powered.
2. Check each connection point between the light strings to verify that there are no loose contacts.
3. Press and hold the power button on the white controller for over 5 seconds and check if the light starts flashing blue. If it does, click "Add Device" to re-add the light to the Lepro app.
