Tied to use the EID from a poster for ZB1 lights. Apply the tag id in the app but it will not allow me to prceed with effect. App is a little buggy…

Thanks for your inquiry.
Please try the troubleshootings below:
1. If the light is still connected with app when applied EID.
2. Make sure to use 2.4Ghz wifi to connect to light before hand for the AI function.
3. There are two ways to apply EID, 'Share&Show' in Community and at the top of the Homepage by copying and pasting EID. Please try both ways.
4. If above ways won't help, please reset the light and re-apply EID.

Where do I locate the Eid number. I see it says paste Eid. I cannot locate it to paste it
