I cannot put the device in association mode. It does not flash blue, it flashes red

If your product is one of the following models—B1, BC1, BP1, R2, or T1—please turn on the light, wait for 10 seconds, then switch it off and on four times. 
If your product is one of these models—WL1, S1, N1, ZB1, TB1, or TB2—please long press the button on the white control box for over 5 seconds. 
If your product is a different model, please provide the model number so we can assist you further.
