Hi, the lights on alexa app will not go right computer but in the lepro app they’re fine. Any ideas? N1 rope light

To help us troubleshoot this effectively, could you please provide a few more details about the issue? Specifically, what commands or functions are not working properly inside the Alexa app?
Please note that smart assistants like Alexa can only control basic commands for your N1 Rope Light, such as turning it on/off, adjusting the brightness, and changing standard solid colors. Advanced features, such as our AI light effects and complex sequential animations, are exclusive to the Lepro app and cannot be processed or recognized by Alexa.
If the basic controls are what's failing in the Alexa app, please let us know so we can guide you through a connection reset.
