B1 light not working properly (No white only RBG)

Hello, 

Just got multiple B1 lights and after setting them up . The RGB functions works fine, but when I try to use “White” functions the light immediately turns off and it will only go back on if I use an RGB color. 
I’m using 2.4 GHz network and installed the latest app version on an iPhone 15 running the latest iOS if that makes a difference.
I’ve tried hard resetting them, I have also updated the firmware that was available as recommended but nothing has worked.
If anyone knows how to fix this please share :pray:t2:

Please check whether the brightness of the white light is set to 0 or set too low.
If the brightness is not low, but the light still turns off when you switch to white light, please email our after-sales service team at cs@lepro.com for further assistance.
