B3 bulbs: music sync stops when the screen turns off

I bought some B3 bulbs and I updated the firmware, also I set the app for no restrictions running in background. When the screen goes off or I switch to another app, the sync freezes and after a few seconds the bulb goes back to White mode. I own a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.

Dear user,

Thank you for your inquiry.

As long as you do not exit the Lepro app in the background, it does not matter if you switch to other applications or lock the screen. If the phone recognizes sound (please do not connect Bluetooth headphones or plug in wired headphones), it will not affect the music mode of the bulbs.

Please double-check to see if you might have inadvertently closed the Lepro app in the background or if your phone is not recognizing the sound.

Best regards,

Thanks, unfortunately the problem persists. I don’t exit the app, when I turn off the screen in a couple of seconds the bulb goes back to white, when I turn it on again it goes immediately in music sync. I tried using my old LG G7 android phone and I get the same behaviour.

Dear user,
Thank you for your reply.
Are you using Andriod phone?
The current logic for the Android system is that exiting the app or switching to another interface will stop the audio input.
Our technical department is aware of this issue and will work to optimize it in the future.
Thank you very much for your feedback.
Please feel free to contact us if there are any other questions.
Best regards

Yes, I am using Android. Hopefully this issue will be solved, cause this way music sync is unusable. The audio recording app of my phone doesn’t have these limitations, though.
