Bluetooth Disconected on SE1 LED strips

I have tried tens of times to reconnect my phone to the LED lights, I have had these for eight months now, alongside 2 Lepro B1 bulbs and a second set of these LEDs. About a month ago they switched off in the middle of the night and started beating blue. I managed to reconnect them and everything was fine about a week ago. They completely disconnected from my phone and disconnected from my Alexa but remained the colour I had set them to (pink) so I didn’t realise. I decided to remove the toggle from the app as it was no longer working and tried to reconnect them. They are not automatically beating blue and every time I have held the button down for five seconds they failed to connect due to “Bluetooth Dissconected”. I have unplugged them, I have pulled the wire out, I have left them powered off at the wall for 3 days and I still cannot connect to them. They’ve just stayed pink. I’ve scoured the ask area and cannot find anything relating to this issue so I just need help. I don’t want to have to buy new LEDs. I even went so far as to disconnect all of my devices, delete the app, re-download it, re-login and reconnect all of them and low and behold that one set of LEDs did not reconnect. If someone from the help area sends me that list of 12 things (or something) I need to do, I swear I will riot. Because trust me I’ve tried it.
