Can’t connect to new wifi

Hi,

My WiFi Name and password has been changed. I can’t get BC1 bulbs to connect to the new (2.4 only) WiFi.
I’ve reset the bulb so it flashes blue, and the app detects it and Bluetooth works, but WiFi doesn’t. How do I connect it?

Now fixed. It was caused by the mesh network.

Mesh device IoT network enabled and the bulbs are connecting to that.

Could you tell me the specific model of your router? Which setting did you enable in which setting page of the router? It would be best if you can provide some screenshots. Thank you very much!

I just enabled the IoT WiFi on the TP-Link X55. No options were changed and no router is involved- just the Mesh X55 devices.
