I bought a Lepro ceiling light today and fitted it, but cannot get it to reset. Model T1
I have found 3 different sets of instructions about how many times to switch on and off and how long between them and tried them all and many more between, but it never goes to quick flashing.
I’ve also tried looking for the WiFi Smart life but that isn’t there either.
Help, any ideas what might be wrong ? Is there some trick I’m unaware of ?
I have other Lepro lamps and all work fine.

The T1 ceiling light is only compatible with the Lepro app.
Please follow these steps to connect it to the Lepro app:
1. Turn on "Bluetooth", connect your phone to 2.4G WiFi
2. Turn on the light; it will start flashing a slow blue light, indicating that it's in pairing mode. If the light does not flash blue, switch it off and on four times.
3. Open Lepro App, click "Add device"
4. If it shows "1 Device Detected" at the top, click "Check"
5. Enter the name and password of your WiFi network.
6. Click "Next." The light will pair successfully within seconds and turn to solid white.
7. Rename it and click "Done"
If the connection fails, please let us know which step did not work and the error message so we can assist you further.

Failing very early on.
I turn it on and it ‘breathes’ blue (doesn’t ‘flash’).
Open the Lepro app and select add, but it never appears for me to select it to add.
I have tried the switching on/off sequence (several times) but it still only ‘breathes’ .
Any other ideas ?

If the device is breathing blue, it indicates that it is in pairing mode.
If it does not detect any devices, please try the following steps to connect it:

4. Select the T1 icon.
5. Click "Yes" to confirm the T1 is flashing blue.
6. Enter the name and password of your WiFi network.
7. Click "Next" and wait for the connection to complete.

Hi,
Followed through again. Made 100% certain I am on 2.4, turn on light to be breathing blue, followed the instructions but still fails to find the device.
In the app it suggests it should be flashing quickly, not breathing ? Either way, I can’t make it flash quickly and it isn’t seen by Bluetooth or over 2.4 WiFi.
Is there any sort of factory reset I can force somehow ?
In the app it also suggests there should be a Smartlife-xxxx WiFi as another option, but I can’t see this either?
Any more ideas ?

It appears that the app you are using is not the Lepro app. Please use the Lepro app and try the connection steps again:
1. Turn on the light; it will start breathing blue.
2. Open the Lepro App, click "Add device" or "+" in the top right corner:
3. Select the T1 icon as in the image:
4. click "Yes" to confirm the T1 is flashing blue:
5. Enter the name and password of your WiFi network, and then click "Next" to wait for the connection to complete:
If the connection fails, could you please provide some screenshots of the error page? This will help us assist you further.

Ah ha, and now it works. Is there an easy way to combine my previous Lepro devices into the same app ?

We are glad to hear that it works!
Unfortunately, the T1 model is only compatible with the Lepro app. Our legacy smart lights, on the other hand, are compatible with the LampUX app and the Smart Life app. Therefore, they cannot be used with the same app.
