Connecting lamp without wifi

I can’t connect the bulb, I’ve been using the old Lepro LampUx app for years and no problem, for 3 weeks the light was working badly on some colors (so I assumed it was the app) I reinstalled it and now I discovered you created this new app specifically. I try to connect the bulb but nothing to do, if I do 4 times off and on it starts to flash (not blue but its normal color) I put the wifi password but then it doesn’t find your wifi

Please note that the LampUX bulb is not compatible with the Lepro app.
