Connecting Lights

I bought a set of 100. The first part of lights connects but the 2nd half doesn’t come on.

Please try the following troubleshooting methods:
1. Ensure all connections are secure.
2. Unplug the power supply and then plug it back in.
3. In the Lepro app, select the device, click the bulb icon, and then click "Length" in the top right corner to detect the length.
4. If the troubleshooting methods above did not work, and if it’s convenient for you, please try plugging the second half of the strings directly into the controller to see if they light up. This will help determine if the connection point in the middle is defective.

If the second half still doesn’t turn on, please let us know so we can assist you further.
