E1 lights stopped working

Hello 

I have 100’ of E1 lights connected.  They worked perfectly fine until setting up for Halloween. The lights will flash blue lights but only on 2 strips.  I can’t get them all to fire.  

I’ve done hold button reset numerous times.  I’ve confirmed power as some lights turn blue
