Everything is working fine but when I connect them together only one stick works as you can see in the picture

Thanks for your inquiry.
Please try the following troubleshooting methods:
1. After installing all the segments, click this device on Lepro+, then click the setting button on the top right corner, then click "Length Detect".
2. After installing all the segments, unplug the power adaptor, then plug in.
