Hi, I’ve had these lamps in my previous flat and they were fine but now they won’t connect. I’ve followed all the instructions and have connected both through Bluetooth and through the “Lepro WiFi” but it would just stop loading after a while and lose the connection. Could you please advise? Thank you

Dear User,
Thank you for reaching out.
If one of the steps involves connecting to the “Lepro WiFi,” it’s possible that there may be an error in the process. Please follow these steps to connect your smart light to the Lepro app:
1. Ensure Bluetooth is turned on and connect your phone to 2.4G WiFi.
2. Turn on the light; it will start flashing a slow blue light, indicating it’s in pairing mode. If the light does not flash blue, please reset it using the following methods based on your product model:
- Models B1, BC1, BP1, R2, or T1: Turn on the light, wait for 10 seconds, then switch it off and on four times.
- Models WL1, S1, N1, ZB1, TB1, TB2, E1, etc.: Long press the button on the white control box for over 5 seconds.
- If your product is a different model, please provide the model number for further assistance.
3. Open Lepro App, click "Add device"
4. If it shows "1 Device Detected" at the top, click "Check"
5. Enter the name and password of your WiFi network.
6. Click "Next." The light will pair successfully within seconds and turn to solid white.
7. Rename it and click "Done"
If the connection fails, please let us know which step did not work and any error messages you encountered so we can assist you further.
Best regards,

Hello, yes I’ve done all of this and, as I said above, it just eventually stops loading, loses connection and gives error ‘connection failed’ - what can I do? Thank you
Dear User,
Thanks for your response.
After checking, we recommend updating the firmware for this product first. To update the firmware, please follow these steps:
1. Use another cellphone to turn on a 2.4G hotspot and connect your phone to this hotspot.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone.
3. Reset the light and add it to the Lepro app through the 2.4G hotspot.
4. Click "Me," then select "Firmware Update" to update the product.
5. After the firmware update is complete, you can disconnect the hotspot, reconnect your phone to your WiFi network, and reset the light to connect it to your WiFi.
If it still fails to connect to your WiFi network after the firmware update, please let us know, and we will forward your case to our technical team for further investigation and solutions.
Best regards,
