LED only red is working?

Hello, i have a problem with my N1  6m led strip.

It only shows the color red and the other colors dont work. So somone have the same problem and how can i fix this?

Thanks for reaching out. 
Please try resetting the N1 light by pressing and holding the button on the white controller for over 5 seconds, then reconnect it to the Lepro app to see if the issue persists.
