Lepro app says Bluetooth not enabled but it is

Says Bluetooth not enabled but it is! My phone is iPhone and Bluetooth works fine for everything else. I can’t add my new lepro light devices. The lepro app just says Bluetooth is not enabled? Any ideas? I’m in the uk

Please ensure that all necessary permissions for the app are granted, including Bluetooth access. You can verify this by going to your phone’s Settings > Apps > Lepro to check if Bluetooth access is enabled.
