I tried every possible way to connect my new Lepro BR1 to my 2.4Ghz WiFi, but nothing seem to work. It tells me that there is an update to do, but without WiFi, nothing works. Only Bluetooth works … should I just return them ??

Thank you for reaching out. Could you please try the following steps to see if the issue can be resolved?
1: Remove all devices from the app.
2: Connect the device again via Bluetooth
3: Once connected via Bluetooth, update the firmware.
4: After the update is complete, try connecting the device to your 2.4GHz WiFi network again.

Bluetooth only did NOT work. But I did manage to have them work, finally … I had to reset my modem / router to factory settings for them to work. I have a Hitron CODA-4680 if anyone wants to know. Extremely not user friendly.
