I need help. We got the OE1 lamp just two days ago. It was working fine, but now the colors are not lighting up at all. It is only lighting in white mode, and it does not even turn white; it stays in a yellow shade. I checked all the cables, updated the firmware software, and removed and re-added the lamp to the app. Is it broken? We did nothing to it that would damage it.
