Does anyone else have problems turning there light on using the app or Alexa, I have to manually switch it on and off at the wall around 3/5 times for it to come back on ??

1. Check Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure your smart bulb is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. A weak connection can affect functionality.
2. App Update: Make sure the Lepro app is updated to the latest version.
3. Reset the Bulb: Try resetting the bulb by switch it on and off 4 times until it starts flashing blue color slowly, then reconnect it to the Lepro app.
4. Alexa Settings: If using Alexa, ensure the device is properly linked in the Alexa app and try re-linking the smart bulb.
5. Distance from Router: If possible, move the bulb closer to the Wi-Fi router to improve connectivity.
