Lights are stuck

Hi,

My lights are stuck on a white/green colour and won’t change. I’ve tried unplugging them, resetting them, and pressing the power button for 5 seconds. I also tried holding it for longer, but nothing changes. The pairing mode never activates and the app can’t detect the lights
