Lights are turning on by themselves

I have 5 Lepro lightbulbs in a chandelier. Each are set up to a rule, which they successfully turn on at 8 pm and turn off at 5 am.   However, the lights are turning on by themselves in different colours from around 6 pm until the rule shuts on at 8 pm. I have no rules or groups set up to turn on at 6 pm. Why is this happening?

Dear User,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please check the following:
- App Settings: Check the Lepro app for any "Wake Up" or "Wind Down" plans that might be active.
- Smart Assistants: Check your Alexa or Google Home routines.
- Power Flickers: If your power blinks around 6 PM, the bulbs will automatically turn on when the power comes back.

If the issue persists, please reset the lights using these steps:
1. Remove the lights from the Lepro app.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and connect the phone to your 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi network.
3. Turn the light on. It should flash a slow blue, indicating pairing mode. If it does not flash, switch the light off and on four times to trigger pairing.
4. Open the Lepro app and tap "Add device" to add the lights again.

If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Best regards,
