Lights connected by extension not syncing

Hello, 

I have the 150 ft lepro E1 that is connected with lepro extensions to cover the desired areas; however, the parts that got connected with purchased extension but the ones connected by extension are not syncing. What needs to be done to fix this?

Same problem.  Now I can’t even get the blue flashing anymore, it goes full white.  It worked briefly once. So frustrating

That’s annoying, I hope their customer service would respond with a solution. I tried restarting multiple times, removing the device, updating frameware. Nothing worked so far
