Lights Not Turning ON

I have setup the App and it indicates connected via Bluetooth and WIFI. LIghts do not turn on.

I can use the the on/off button on the controller and it indicates on or off on the App.
Have tried to reset the controller using cycling the power method and also by long power button press 
on the controller and also pressing the power button 5 times. Can not detemine the correct method from
the support info so tried them all.
Lights still dont work, HELP!
