Lights stopped working

Lights stopped working after 8 months, “device is offline” checked power and all connections. Not happy and really don’t want to reinstall…

Mine did the same thing! Did you ever get them fixed!???

Only a third of mine work and those don’t respond to commands. Not happy. Really wanted them on for this holiday.
