My lights come on automatically after a power outage

After a power outage, my lights come on even though they were off before the outage. How do I stop that?

Dear User,

Thank you for reaching out.
The original intention behind the automatic turn-on feature after recovering from a power outage is as follows:
If there is a network disruption at home, the light may not be controlled through the app. Additionally, if family members don’t have the app or voice devices, they will be unable to control the light themselves.
In these situations, users may still wish to use the lighting without the app. To facilitate this, they can use the physical switch to turn off the fixture and then turn it back on, which will restore the light to the color previously set in the app.
If you are concerned about the light relighting after a power interruption, you can utilize the timing function. This feature allows you to preset a time for the light to turn off automatically, ensuring it turns off at the same time every day, regardless of any power outages.
If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out.

I also have the same problem… And since power outage happens at random time, sometimes in the middle of the night, having all the lights in our house light up when electrixity comes back is a huge problem.

I dont want to use the timer function I simply want for all the lights in the house to NOT turn on automatically when electricity returns… This should be super simple… HELP?
