what is this effect called and how do i get it

Could you please describe the light effect you’re looking for (e.g., flashing, fading, color changing, breathing, strobe, etc.) so we can check and guide you?
You may also try one of the following in the LEPRO app:
- Use the AI function to search for the effect you want.
- Browse the Community, then apply the EID you like to your own lights.

Just setting up my lights in NY and have them already in Fla so already have the app and when I plug in the first new string it works but when I attach additional light string the second string won’t go on

Please try the following steps:
1. Unplug the power adapter and then plug it back in.
2. In the Lepro app, tap your device, then tap the settings icon in the top-right corner and select "Length Detect".
If the issue persists, please send an email to our after‑sales service team at cs@lepro.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Your device ID. (you can find this in the Lepro app by tapping your device, then the settings icon in the top-right corner).
