Not working!

I just bought 100’ string lights and we turned them on inside and it all worked great then we took them outside to install them and now they don’t work. They connect to my phone and everything is working in the app but the lights do not turn on. I have tried the reset and deleted the device and reinstalled it a bunch of times. 

HELP!!!
